At C.O.V., we want each and every one of our customers to know that we go the extra mile for them. Our products come with a 90-day limited warranty. But because we truly stand behind our customers and our products, cases exceeding the 90-day warranty are still reviewed. It is our intent that we will help and support you in any way that we can. When submitting a ticket, please allow us 24-48hrs to get back to you. Tickets submitted on the weekends are answered first thing the coming Monday morning.
